How to make a photo editor for the Material design mobile app?

I am making my first android app. The application itself should contain a photo editor (cropping, editing contrast, saturation).

The question is: how to arrange screens with the editor? Draw everything yourself or are there ready-made components somewhere?

Figma has a lot to offer in the Community . And icons, and colors, and interface elements. Ruslan Sharipov did a
great job translating Material Design documentation .
