Where can I find up-to-date information on Material Design 2?

I think many who are aware of the Google I / O presentation know about Material Design 2, but so far nothing is really known about it.
But my product hangs not on the API, and it is desirable to immediately launch it on a new design.
So, maybe someone knows the resources or suitable concerts, so that it could be studied in more detail?
