React Native or NativeScript?
Decided to master mobile applications
Initially started on xamarin. But I didn’t sit there for a long time, I read on the Internet that it’s better to use something native.
Found information about React Native and NativeScript.
I don’t know why, but I chose NativeScript, well, they wrote that it was normal, I decided to try it.
I figured out the installation while I'm learning how to build an interface and every little thing in JavaScript logic.
But I started to wonder if I made the right choice.
Can I safely continue to study NativeScript or is it better to switch to React Native before it's too late?
I would like to see advice from experienced people.

It all depends on what goals you set for yourself and what tasks you are going to solve. From myself I can say that, in the bosom of developers, NativeScript is not very popular and I have not had to meet any real projects on it. Perhaps they are, just not particularly advertised.
At the moment, in my opinion, there are two main tools for hybrid development: React Native and Flutter. If you are closer to the web, I advise you to look towards the first. If you came from native development, then towards the second. You can read more about their differences in this article .
