How not to hide the address bar in mobile browsers?

While scrolling the site on a mobile browser (android, chrome), the address bar is hidden, when I start to twist it back, it appears. Is it possible to somehow disable this on my site so that the address bar is not hidden? I'll explain why. My site uses a parallax background and 100vh sizes, when scrolling the site, when the address bar is hidden, everything twitches (due to the increase in the size of 100vh blocks and parallax).

I'm not sure, but most likely, this cannot be influenced by the site.
And as a tip - turn off the appearance effects, parallax and other visual effects for mobile and tablets. These are not the devices in which you can painlessly show all this. Leave prettiness for desktops, and in mobile, focus on the speed of loading and site operation. And we need to check another 100vh on IDEVICES! The last time there was a problem I had with it.
