Where is the homestead database file in windows?

Delivered homestead, certainly through virtualbox. On a windows computer. There is a daily backup of files. I would like to include the entire homestead database in this backup, there are about 25 databases. Does anyone know where this database file is located in windows? When googling, I came across advice on how to find it through linux inside virtualbox, but I need to know where exactly this file is in windows.

On the virtual disk virtualbox and lies - the files of the virtual machine are backed up and that's it.
Unless of course the disk is not made into a separate folder.
