Where does the ApplicationVerificationFailed error come from?

Good evening!
I have two iOS devices. I created a new Provisioning profile for these devices. I open this .mobileprovision file in TextEdit and see that both take.ms/75RBY devices are inside . Next, I try to run the AIR application on both devices: it starts on one, and on the second it gives an ApplicationVerificationFailed error. In the Xcode logs I see: A valid provisioning profile for this executable was not found.
Who knows how this can be fixed? Thank you.
