Registering in the developer apple for a Private Cultural Institution (PCC)?

I have registered with Apple Dev several times, but this is only for organizations (ooo, ao).
Now the task is to make an account for the PUK (Private Cultural Institution) and register as a company, I'm afraid, because the data in the state register of the legal entity is the PUK.
Can you advise what to choose, maybe someone came across, thanks in advance

don't worry, Apple only asks one thing - do you register on behalf of yourself (individual) or on behalf of the organization (Company)
so everything is ok
