How to transfer the application to the customer?

Wrote an application. Tested, it's time to release. The development was carried out through the developer's account and tested through tetsflight. How now correctly to transfer application? Upload a new one via the apple dev account of the customer with a new appid or is there some kind of native transfer mechanism in appstore connect?
