Do I need to renew my Apple certificate in order for apps to be sold in the AppStore?

I have been selling several applications in the Apple AppStore on a passive basis for many years. After a few days, you need to renew the certificate. $100 is not a pity, but I do not plan to update applications or release new ones next year.
Remind me, I forgot - if I do not renew the annual renewal of the developer certificate, will they have in-app purchases? Will they even stay in the store?

I don’t remember about the in-app account, but they will disappear from the store (they will be available only to those who bought / installed).
