Withdrawing funds from the App Store and Google Play over the hill?

This question has probably been asked before, but I couldn't find an answer to it.
And the essence of the question is as follows: I am a novice developer, I want to put, say, my game on the App Store and Google Play. Let's just assumethat the game will bring a fairly large income, millions or more (in rubles). Based on what I have already found out, naturally not a single bank in Russia will pay me such amounts. Please tell me, is it possible to make an account in any bank abroad, to which money will be transferred for the purchase of my application? If so, in which countries is it best to do this, (I would appreciate the names of the banks)? And the most important question: if my digital product is purchased, including for rubles, will a foreign bank work with our currency, or will it be immediately converted into dollars / euros? And of course, I would like to know about the interest on withdrawing funds, as well as any restrictions.

Use Payoneer , payouts at 1% of the amount. If you received payments in total more than 10k$, the commission is canceled through support.
They issue their cards.

1. Why is there such an idea that not a single Russian bank has paid money? register as an individual entrepreneur \ LLC or as a self-employed person and the bank will have no questions. And tens of millions are freely withdrawn to personal accounts, there are no problems if everything is transparent and taxes are paid.
2. Foreign banks usually do not open ruble accounts. The most loyal banks to Russians are located in the Baltic States, it is rather difficult for a non-resident to open an account.
If this is an attempt to evade taxes, then it is extremely unsuccessful. It is cheaper and easier to pay taxes on amounts of several million rubles.
