How to install iOS application on windows?

Is there a working version of the iOS emulator for Windows with the ability to install applications from the App Store? Purely for educational purposes, watch and study applications.

You can put a virtual machine on a macOS virtual machine and already there, fighting and cursing because of lags, debug the application
