There should not be a specialized one, there are few of them, especially after recent browser updates, and they are almost no different from others. Ask on regular forums, choose the section and forum depending on the specific question.
And they work on freelance, if there are specific proposals or promising ideas, you can go there, but administrators can interfere with discussing such topics.
