Can a site be hacked if several admins / databases have the same password?

I wanted to create sites - and everywhere to make the same password. Is it possible to massively hack all sites? How difficult is it to do this in WordPress? And what would you advise for protection (except for using different passwords)?

Any site can always be hacked. And this does not depend much on the similarity of passwords, and on their complexity too.
