Is there a CMS on which it is easiest to pull the layout?

Good time everyone. Interested in CMS where it is easiest to pull the layout of html css. Wordpress and Joomla require too much php code, until I can figure it out, I think there is a CMS where all this is done much easier.

yes there is, it's Modx. For simple websites, knowledge of php is not required.

The less functionality, the fewer interface elements, the easier it is to typeset. Well, and, of course, it is important that the layout be separated from the code. Look for some simple but modern CMS.

most likely depends on the sections on which you will pull it (and on the design, of course).
For example, in a typical Bitrix news section, there is very little code and it can be pulled very quickly, which cannot be said, for example, from catalog components.
