Is there a ready-made script for inline editing of paragraphs/pages?

I want a site with the text of a book that I can edit as I go.
You need to have three columns of content. In the first column, the original text, in the second I write the translation, in the third - comments on the translation. Something remotely similar to a notabenoid.
Let's say this is a "Romeo and Juliet" site, where the first column is the original text. The second is my translation, the third is comments on the text and/or translation.
I need a script that I could integrate on the site so that I can only click on the desired paragraph and edit it (let's say there is a typo in English, or I changed the translation of the paragraph, or a new idea for a comment on the paragraph came up), and not open the whole text on the page.
It would be great if the script is not linked to the database.
ZYZH usually make sites on GetSimple CMS (without a database, on files), I would like to be able to attach it to it.
