Good afternoon. There is a task - to lay out the landing page and fasten the admin panel.
If there are no questions with the first moment, then with the second moment there are questions about the implementation: a stretch on the CMS or a self-written admin panel. The whole point is that you do n’t
need to administer so much information - in fact, a couple of text blocks and 2 complex blocks:

under the admin, I was able to see the entire page as it is, and when hovering the mouse, so that the controls appear.
In the case of the gallery, so that it is possible to add a thumbnail and a large photo (the video is essentially the same, only linked to YouTube). In this case, the maximum number displayed in the list is 30.
In the case of a schedule, each cell can have from 0 to 3 workouts. In the screenshot, this is in principle and so you can see joxi.ru/L21LbvoUoD8zmX
Actually, the question is for specialists, what would you advise in this situation, how it is more technically correct to implement this and as budget as possible, because we do it for a friend, and I myself specialize more in web design and layout, i.e. at the front end)

I used textolite.ru to change the text. The paid version has the ability to replace images.

The customer wants him to be able to enter the site under the administrator, be able to see the full page as it is, and when you hover over the mouse, controls appear.

On-the-fly editing is available in the latest versions of WordPress and Joomla.
I don’t know about other engines, only what I set up myself.
Everything is more complicated with the gallery, you will have to add components and modules.

Specify right away that the CMS will be free, but it’s cheaper for him and you can set it up either by you or someone else, that is, present it as an advantage over competitors - you are kind, and do not tie the client to yourself, "like some."
For the money, it can turn out that you can write your own mini-cms that you can set up a wordpress for a person! So why fool yourself if the whole community has already fooled it for you?
