In general, I want to make it possible to navigate to parallel subsections, this is how it looks in the general section menu:

Check the site with aibolit, or as an option to search for viruses - you download a backup of the entire site in the archive and check the archive with antiviruses installed on your computer. But usually aibolit is enough.

Completely pointless exercise. In case of infection of the site, the last backup is taken and rolled onto a clean server.
Trying to clean something by diffs will not guarantee that you will clean everything.

Try displaying it inside the catalog.section.list subsection.
What component are you using? If catalog, then your second screenshot is catalog. element - here you can add bitrix.catalog.section.list to it
