I ask for help / advice in creating a website with courses with the possibility of buying them. I tried Moodle, Chamilo, modules for Wordpress: Educator, LFE, etc., but there is no Russian localization or payment only via PayPal, and this is critical for the target audience. Is there a Russian-language counterpart with multiple payment options? Is it worth it to build all this on Wordpress, screwing plugins and then translating them, or are there engines that are more suitable for this?
The site itself should contain 3-4 courses of video lessons: 1 course is free and its materials are available to all registered users. 2-4 courses - paid. It would also be nice if there was a personal account and it displayed available (free and purchased courses) and those for which it has not yet been paid.
I will be grateful for any advice.

Wordpress and its plugins can be localized on your own, here is a good plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
For a large number of payment systems, it is better to do it based on Woocommerce, but there is only a sale for downloading digital goods.
It can be done on the basis of Educator, LFE, etc., but then you need to order/buy payment modules.
You can't do without Wordpress development services/skills.

No offense, but the amount of mentions of words related to payment makes me think that you don't care about content and end user experience. Don't forget that you have free competitors.
