What I would like to have:

I scrolled through everything, went to my favorites, entered my data Name / Phone / Mail and clicked the "lope is worth" button.
There is no budget to develop from scratch, you need some kind of open-source engine that can be quickly "castrated" or "upgraded" to the above functionality.
