What to choose for running a simple news feed like social media feeds?

Recommend a script or lightweight CMS for something that looks a lot like a social media feed. You need something quite simple, like adding posts on Vkontakte and Facebook - I open the page from a smartphone or PC and add photos, text, videos, etc.
Maybe there is already something ready and interesting on the Internet that can be easily integrated. If the out-of-the-box script will work with Selectel via the OpenStack Swift API, upload all files there, and also load them by scrolling to the bottom of the page, then this will be almost what you need.
In fact, there will be simple entries - a picture, a gif, a little text, sometimes a lot. Of the several CMS I've looked at, I would choose Egea, but it lacks several necessary controls, and by and large, I would like some kind of universal "add-on" over any site.
