In order for information to be manipulated - it (information) must be entered into some kind of Bitrix component - whether it is an Included area, complex components, ordinary components, an area of ​​\u200b\u200ba normal page. If something in the template is not edited through the "Hermitage" - the programmer did not adapt it to the needs of live editing.
