How do you motivate Yandex to index modified pages in joomla (jbzoo)?

Hello.
I am working on a website (online store). I optimize, I fill - I make it sweet. But on the way to this, the pages undergo changes, content additions, changes in the code, and I would like to tell Yandex about this. Until he discovers it himself, a lot of time will pass and this moment needs to be accelerated.
last-modified - failed to apply (some problems with the cache, and the plugin is not adapted for jbzoo - if anyone knows how to solve this in jbzoo, I would be grateful
) networks - I do. But due to the fact that the topic of commerce is a priority for indexing through social. the network is not a fan (I could be wrong)
Sitemap - changes, but if it changed every 10 minutes, then I don’t think that the search engine will look deep. It will simply select new links and index them, and leave the old ones alone until the queue.
Update rate for
Yandex (pages / day): 1.89 (how long to wait 650 pages)
Maybe it's worth deleting it from the index, and then immediately adding the page with the Yandex add url tool - I don't know.
Google has a re-indexing tool for this.
In general, you need to understand how to involve the search engine in reindexing the necessary pages.
Thanks to all

and indexes for a long time - this is how much?
for sites older than a year with 5 news per day, Yandex visits every day. old pages are updated more often and faster.
Well, what can we say about reindexing old pages: the sitemap is right.
Yandex.Pinger - if there is for Joomla, put it. Drupal has a Yandex.Pinger module that tells Yandex about it every time it changes.
do you make posts in social networks so that updated pages or new ones are indexed?
what about page updates?
make a block on the main page in the basement: 10 latest updated materials and a link to all updates - then the likelihood of an early re-indexing will rise sharply.
but your question still makes me think that you have incomprehensible updates. it is better to spend time creating new materials, rather than fiddling with old already indexed pages

Outcome.
Involve a robot to re-index the page through social networks.
+ tighten the context. if the metric sees increased behavioral factors on the page, then the page will rank higher.
