The standard manager does not support images; I downloaded the acymailing module, it imports the picture to the server, but it is impossible to insert it into the text of the letter. I implemented it like this. I uploaded a picture to the hosting where Joomla is installed. She has her own address http://site.ru/images/logo.png. In AcyMailing you create a new letter, HTML version, button < > (source code). You insert there <img src="http://site.ru/images/logo.png"/>, diluting with attributes

style="width: 100%; border-width: 0px;" alt="текст"
