Wordpress in .РФ, problem with theme customization?

Hello,
A cleanly installed wordpress on .rf everything works except for the visual "setting" of the theme:

the point is apparently that the Russian-language domain is registered in the settings and in the database in punnycode,
and in the browser the site is written in Russian.
because wordpress thinks that it is being loaded into a frame on someone else's site, it does not allow it.
What can be done to disable this protection in wordpress?
