Where can you make money as a copywriter?

Previously, I tried to write on advego.ru -
advego.ru/profile/Lednev/author
And quite successfully (efficiency - 92%, no outstanding work)
However, then they introduced such a thing as tenders - to get an order for an article, you have to wait until you choose from hundreds of performers.
Previously, it was enough just to click the Take Order button.
There is no desire to take part in tenders for a couple of dollars.
Where do you think I can find orders without waiting for the customer to choose me?
I write on computer topics, SEO, and any other, not too highly specialized.

Nothing is that easy. Register on all freelance exchanges: fl.ru, freelansim, upwork.com, etc. And build up a reputation, over time you will have regular customers.
If there are no regular customers, then this is a battle for orders, I would even say a massacre. And how did you want? This is a market economy and you are not a monopolist.

Companies often look for freelancers on a permanent basis. You can search on the resources with the work.
In any case, the customer must choose. Not vice versa!
