What to do with taxes?

I work remotely for a client from another country. It comes out a little a month, about $ 300. How can I competently not pay / pay taxes in order to sleep peacefully? Country of residence: Belarus.

I see 4 options:
1. Register an individual entrepreneur on the USN. That's 30k a year in insurance and pension contributions (which you'll most likely never see in a pension). If you pay insurance and pension contributions in advance, that is, not at the end of the year, but directly every month or quarter, then taxes can be reduced on the amount of insurance contributions paid. With an amount of $ 300 a month, you will not have to pay taxes at all and it is completely legal. But you can't get away from paying 30k rubles a year.
2. Consider yourself self-employed and pay 13% personal income tax. From the point of view of money, this option, I agree, is not ice.
3. Use the mentioned Payoneer. So far this method works, but how long it will work is not clear. While it works.
4. Become a tax resident of Estonia and, if your customer is not in Estonia, pay no taxes at all. It is paid from the profit, but there may not be any profit, right?)
