Can I freelance with my stack?

Hello!
Due to the hype in the IT field, a beginner does not have to choose his first job to get the notorious commercial experience, so my salary leaves much to be desired. But not about that.
I do web development at work. I, in my opinion, have an average level of layout and JS Core. English is also average. Reading the documentation is good, speaking is rather weak. For the last couple of months I have been using React + Redux in the project.
Interested in freelancing. I looked at several Russian-language freelance exchanges without registering. From what can be seen in the public domain, this is to make a landing, copy someone else's landing by example, create / complete a site on some popular CMS, the main WP. In my stack of tasks, there are few or none at all. Maybe there are some tasks to write a large IM, but I no longer pull them due to the lack of experience in full development from scratch and certain knowledge.
In general, guys who are engaged in freelancing, based on what I wrote above, which exchange should I pay attention to in order to look for orders according to my level of knowledge and stack? The priority of freelancing related to JS in general, and React in particular, is higher than starting to learn WP and look for orders on it (I have / have some small knowledge of WP, a couple of years ago I created several templates for layout sites).

Try it on the rogue type kwork.ru. You don't have to pay.
You now need to test your skills in sales and management. Everything else is in tenth place.

For a beginner (the stack has nothing to do with it) - it is not advisable to freelance.
It is better to gain experience in full-time work with experienced colleagues nearby.
A lone freelancer is deprived of feedback, deprived of comments / advice on improving his shit code. And can stay at beginner level for years.
Working in a company with strong colleagues will save you years in professional growth.
But, yes, if you want quick money and don't give a damn about the fact that you will only make shitty websites all your life , you can freelance.

At one time, I also asked myself a similar question: should I freelance in web design.
To do this, I took a screenshot of some site, uploaded the picture to Photoshop and made a layout in it, cut it and laid it out in HTML with JavaScript.
Everything about everything took about 3 hours.
How much would I like to earn for half a day of work? Decided on this number.
Good to see offers. How many people ask for layout. It turned out - they ask for half the money than I would be interested in.
So I didn't start freelancing in web design. It's not all that interesting to fight for the guest worker's salary.

Dive into Upwork. You said yourself that your reading of English is average. So Upwork will suit your skills perfectly. Good luck:)
