Where is the best place to store client accesses?

We need a convenient web service / program / something on the hosting / whatever to store access from client sites (client data, ftp, access to cms, database, etc., comments). It is very important that you can easily make backups. Looking for free solutions if possible.
Why Evernote and similar services are not suitable
There are no custom fields for login, password, website address and other data. The fields are needed for the order of record keeping and it is easier to copy the necessary information from them.

Found a suitable solution. I am writing for those who subscribed to the question. Podio . Pros: you can organize information as convenient - there is a semblance of a form constructor for storing data. You can also set tasks and maintain a calendar (small CRM). There is also an import / export to xls of all resources at once. Cons: sometimes it takes a long time to load, not everything in the interface is smooth.
