Is there an instruction for legalizing the work of a Ukrainian freelancer with foreign freelance exchanges?

Hello, dear Toaster users!
I am a developer from Ukraine. Started working on foreign freelance exchanges (eLance/oDesk) for the purpose of one-time part-time jobs. Now this "hobby" has grown into a permanent and main source of income.
I want to legalize my activity from the beginning of 2014. How to do it right?
Please share your experience or give links to useful materials on the topic.
I dug up something myself, but the information is either outdated or written for citizens of the Russian Federation.
PS The most important question: how to conclude an agreement directly with the exchange? Do they enter into such contracts? Can I see examples.
I would be very grateful for any useful information on the topic.

Good afternoon. I myself am in the same situation, I want to legalize from the new year, but in Russia.
I think you will not find instructions as such.
Below are a few articles / questions from Habr (mainly about the Russian Federation)

In the last article you will find links to ready-made examples of agreements with the exchange.
There is also a post (comments are even more interesting) about offshore registration (I thought about it myself):

I think about opening an LLC in the USA - in my opinion, the most reliable scheme of work will turn out.

TopdiR , did you manage to legalize your income?
I myself have the same problem, but already in 2015. I've been working for odesk/upwork for the last 3 months , now I'm using payoneer .

Didn't find what you were looking for?
