Currency transfer to yourself from abroad, are there any pitfalls?

Hello,
I am not a resident of the Russian Federation and I keep my money in foreign banks, but now I need to buy an apartment in Russia. I planned to use my foreign currency account with AlfaBank. I have already transferred amounts of 3-5k dollars (physicist to physics) there more than once and then slowly converted and paid freelancers.
I planned about the same with the apartment, transfer to myself, conversion and purchase by bank transfer.
Can there be problems, questions? about $90k?
How to minimize the headache with possible questions? I'm abroad, you don't look like a department. Whether to break into pieces, etc.? Is there a difference 30*3 or 90*1? Breaking into many parts is expensive.
As a non-resident, there shouldn't be any problems with currency control? Accounts not registered with the Federal Tax Service

he shouldn’t do it to himself,
well, except for that very high-profile case where it’s not clear who wanted what from whom (the man transferred either 100s or even more, the tax clung that this was his income, about a year of news)
and if the accounts are registered with the Federal Tax Service

In other sources, there is still a consensus that for some reason it is more technical to send to a relative and not to yourself.
