Ways to receive money from abroad?

Hi all.
I got a job working in a foreign company remotely, in connection with this, the issue of obtaining a salary from abroad with minimal risks arose. Amounts < 5000 $ per month
As I understand it, the optimal scheme at the moment is IP + receiving funds to a foreign currency account.
In this regard, a few questions for those who are already working on this scheme.
1. Can you describe in more detail the procedure for receiving money on a monthly basis: an act, an agreement, what to do with real signatures, pitfalls?
2. What bank would you recommend in Russia for such a scheme? As I understand it, a lot depends on currency control?
PS Perhaps someone can share the advantages and disadvantages of other options for receiving funds from abroad? payoneer, paypal, ...? Fee for getting cash, ease of getting?

As a result:
I opened an IP.
Opened an account with Modulbank
It seems to be the best option for receiving transfers once a month.
Currency control is quite sociable, and in general, the first impressions of the bank are good.
It remains to deal with tax reporting, etc.

There are at least two ways.
1. Open a currency account for a physicist (or if you are already a bank client, most likely you have one). Get the details of this account and give it to the employer. He sends you money. You here withdraw them either through the cashier or throw them on a card (you can use a multi-currency one, for example) and withdraw / pay. It's simple, but the legality is questionable.
2. Open an individual entrepreneur, open a bank account as an individual entrepreneur (foreign currency too). You receive the details, the money is transferred to your IP account. Here, when you receive money, you prepare several documents for the bank - at least they need an agreement (one-time) and an act of work for each payment. If your contract amount exceeds $50K, you will also need a transaction passport, and so - several documents, such as a certificate of currency transactions, instructions for transferring funds from transit to settlement (this is all simple and can be done electronically via remote banking). As for the bank, it’s better to find out for the city where you live, for example, we don’t have Alpha or Vanguard (like) advised everywhere, I work with a small bank. All documents are in electronic form (scans / pdf), I prepare all certificates through remote banking. It’s better to go to the banks yourself or call and find out how they organize it, because they may not encounter this and there will be some features that make it difficult for you to work. The contract can be renegotiated as it approaches the total amount for it to 50K, so as not to prepare a transaction passport.
Regarding the withdrawal, as far as I understand, banks are not very fond of issuing money from accounts. One of the schemes - open a foreign currency deposit (with the possibility of partial withdrawal) to an individual in the same bank, transfer funds to it, withdraw money from there.
And, more about individual entrepreneurs - any reporting can be done in Elba - there is the possibility of working with foreign currency accounts, all documents for the tax office will be generated (in fact, once a year - a declaration), taxes, payments to the FIU will be calculated.

You can receive funds to any bank currency account opened with a Russian bank.
Currency controls of up to $5k will most likely not affect you.
Different banks have different conditions for withdrawing received funds. Somewhere they may ask where the funds come from.

IP is best, ask for a scan with a signature and take it to the bank, ask to send the originals once every six months, for example (in extreme cases, you can draw it yourself / ask a friend, printing in the US on documents is optional)
if without an IP, then all sorts of Pioneer, OK Pay and , for example, these (US Pioneer is more suitable)
without an IP for regular payments from a legal entity, the bank will worry, it will have to be changed periodically, financial monitoring - as lucky, they can notify about any amount (600k - this is already when it is necessary)

Why such difficulties, we are calmly sent the same amounts via paypal, the money arrives instantly but is withdrawn to the card for about 5 working days.

open a company in Europe + an account and work calmly and joyfully, pay some taxes, get a social package and now happiness is close)
just open an account in a foreign country and get money there and live in peace

I work remotely in an American company. I used PayPal first, then Payoneer. Everything is very convenient. Why reinvent the wheel with IP, etc. - I don’t understand.
