Good day to all. A person just approached me with a request to make a couple of changes to the structure of the working site. Little things need to be done there. The customer said that he would provide everything necessary for the work. What exactly should I ask him? I've never experienced anything like this since I'm a total novice. You just don't want to overdo it.

2. Clear statement of work.
3. Access to those parts of the site that are mentioned in the task. (FTP, admin panel, DB) The latter is unlikely, based on your question.
