How can a freelancer at first accept payment from foreign customers?
I live in Russia, I work as a freelancer in the field of design (application icons, illustrations, etc.) and recently clients from abroad (I work directly) have started to apply for services. For the first orders, I received payment on paypal, but later it turned out that there were not so many options to withdraw this money in Russia. As I understand it, there are two options: either exchangers (with a commission of 11%), or to an account in a Russian bank. And the transfer to the account can be blocked, since the contract with the banks states that the account is physical. persons are prohibited from being used for business purposes.
I considered the option with a paypal account in the USA and withdrawal to payoneer, but, unfortunately, payoneer was not tied to paypal (as it turned out, I'm not the only one with such a problem).
Are there any alternatives to paypal for working with foreign customers? As you understand, there are no contracts, because I don’t think that the customer will bother with the contract for the sake of creating one icon (such projects usually last less than a week). So far, I’m not considering individual entrepreneurs either, since projects are still rare, the money is small, and with a contribution to the Pension Fund and payment for servicing a current account, there will be almost no income left. So far, I would like to just test the ground, and then, if regular customers appear, already think in which direction to move (individual or offshore).

And it won't suit you Payoneer US Payment service right for you?
I myself have not used it yet, but it seems like it was created for invoicing foreign customers (from the USA, apparently).
I use https://www.epayments.com/ the tariffs suit me, the card is accepted everywhere, consider it as an option.
The easiest thing is to open an account in a foreign bank
. If it’s more complicated, then offshore and an account is the most correct
My friend who sells icons uses skrill.com with the withdrawal of money to the bank account of an individual
Hypothetically .. (did not check it myself) - robokassa. Works with physical persons accepts bank cards for payment.
He himself received money through some kind of transfer system like moneygram.
But from one Client, and they were our people, they bothered to go where they needed to and the money came the second time :)
Here the surest way is to open a Payoneer card. Receive a plastic Master Card by mail within a month. Then you activate and receive money from any American accounts. There are no monthly fees and the transfer to your bank is fast.
