Why isn't my name highlighted in green in Upwork responses?

I signed up a couple of days ago on the Upwork exchange, passed a couple of tests, began to respond to jobs, but my name is never highlighted in green, but grayed out :(
What is the reason?

I myself found that I need to switch private to public in the settings :)

This means your profile is closed for viewing and there is nothing to give a link to,
change the profile type to public
