Where can site data be stored?

I used the site https://autossub.com/ to generate subtitles . There is given for the account 15 minutes of free translation. I registered in Chrome (for example, under email [email protected]) used 15 minutes. Then he tried to register under another soap. They write that you have already registered under [email protected] and do not allow you to do a new registration. Cleaned cookies in the browser, localstorage, sessions. Nothing helps. The first account was registered in another browser normally, but the others no longer give. Where does he even store data about the old registration and how to overwrite this data. Thanks in advance.

Browser fingerprints are remembered. A combination of IP subgrid (or geo-region) and browser fingerprint is enough. Everything is kept by them.
Maybe they put EverCookie.
