Where can I get modern Photoshop tutorials?

Hi everybody!
I work as a layout designer. HTML and CSS mastered well, but need to grow further. I learned a little Javascript and jQuery, but I realized that I would not become a serious programmer.
I want to try my hand at web design.
Where can I find modern tutorials on Photoshop and web design?
There are a lot of them on the Internet, but most of them are outdated and irrelevant.

Old video tutorials are suitable, the main thing is to find lessons on the right aspects.
Just repeat in CC at the same time as the lesson, and if the desired element is not in the same place as in the video tutorial, I googled "Photoshop CC" and found it.
