Comrades! The wife wants to learn the profession of a web designer and is looking for sensible courses. There is a wonderful Epic Skills, but they are in St. Petersburg.
In Moscow, they found Britishdesign with a price tag of 40k rubles - maybe you know something cheaper?

By web design, I mean: design, prototyping, typography and the ability to draw everything in graphic programs, taking into account the subsequent layout and ux.

PS intuit and specialist - will not work. in my deep personal conviction, a company with a miserable own site cannot teach anything sensible.
