How to ideally prepare a design layout for layout?
Hello!
How should a perfectly prepared design layout look like so that the layout designer will cry with joy when he sees it?
Grid, columns for Bootstrap, layers by folders, resolution, what else and in what form? I can't find a definitive answer anywhere.
Thank you.

- Everything is aligned on the grid, including horizontal
- Everything is standardized as much as possible: wherever possible, the same font sizes are used (1-3 options), buttons, blocks of the same size, the same or multiples of 5 indents, etc.
- All states of all elements, all modal windows, animation are drawn.
- All layers with images, icons, vector shapes (in Photoshop) are named by file names (logo.png), respectively, all pictures (+ options for retina) are already ready in a separate folder
- All layers are arranged in folders, in accordance with the hierarchy, layer overlays to "Normal", empty layers removed
- Drawn layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop. But not three different layouts, but one adapted. That is, you need to understand and make it clear to the layout designer how the page will adapt.
