How to identify programs by icons?

Ninja star and tooth, what are these programs? I saw them in the taskbar at Maciej Kuciara.

The asterisk is Octane Render . A rendering engine that uses the power of the GPU to render lighting in a 3D scene (similar to V-Ray, only V-Ray uses CPU power for this). Very fast if you have extra $1500 for a couple of powerful video cards. Used exclusively by professionals who clearly understand why they need it.
