Do you need an example of a technical task for a layout designer from a psd layout designer?

I was given the task of compiling a technical task for a layout designer according to approved .psd layouts.
I would like to find examples of such "explanatory notes", which should be discussed there in general.

psd - this is TK
nothing else is needed
if the design does not have layers with rollovers - this is a designer's slap and, anyway, an explanatory note is not needed
an explanatory note is needed only if there is some kind of adaptive dynamics that cannot be shown in a static layout - then you can make a gif / video / explain in words what is happening there

1. It's good practice to put together a style guide. Export all fonts and their sizes, all colors, shapes and buttons to a separate file (psd, pdf).
2. If some kind of animation is provided, it must be described. You can also animate, but something simple is enough to explain in words.
3. A cunning adaptive can also be further explained in words.
And there is nothing more to write - the layout will speak for itself.

Somehow everything in your company is topsy-turvy... Sit down with the typesetter and sort out the layout. Consider the wishes of the layout designer (they are likely to be, judging by how cunning your approach to business is) and redo the layout. In the process, it will become clear how to write TK.

Just write down in the Word file point by point those points that, from your point of view, will not be obvious to him. For example, many designers like to hide dynamic states in hidden layers, but the layout designer still needs to know that they are there.
Also specify what it is: fix, rubber, adaptive.
Well, in general, better than any TK - this is a designer who is always there and always ready for dialogue and explanations.
