Where can I get a Baikal T1 sample?

Suddenly a question arose.
I'm on change. Is it possible to buy or purchase somewhere (for an affordable price, so to speak) debugging tools, or is there an evaluation board with Baikal-T1 for a mere mortal to indulge in? Or is everything like in Russia?
What do you think? Maybe someone is already connected with this dark business?

As an answer. As far as I understand, if you represent a company involved in the development of hardware software, you can count on a sample processor, SDK, data sheet, evaluation board, etc. Which is incredibly pleasing. However, for now, probably, one should not hope for some kind of board like FRDM-K64F Freedom Module for the end user. Early. Most likely at the moment there is no way at all, it is made strictly for certain customers and will not be allowed to play with anyone. In a couple of years, if production does not stall, it may reach other people who want it.
