Where can I find an example of the perfect UX/UI?

For example, "users are looking for a feedback button in the lower right corner", "red color attracts attention", etc. Some manual for the designer. Since lately I began to notice that I devote a lot of time to making edits to designs. When everything is beautiful, but not at all user friendly.
Maybe someone came across good articles on the topic that would throw a link to the designer or poke the customer in the face into the theory.

Actually designing UX / UI is the main work of the designer. Once the final design has been approved, the global design should not change.
Unfortunately, it is useless to explain anything to the client.
