Where can I find a tutor?

I've been designing for over half a year. There are works: a landing page, an online store, a mobile application, and business card sites. By coincidence, I even had experience with printing.
There is a portfolio. The work, in general, is praised, but the feedback is mainly from customers, marketers and programmers. But no designers.
In my city, I sent a resume to several studios, but it didn’t work out: “there are no places for an internship, we will enter your resume into the database,” etc. That's why I'm freelancing for the time being.
I would like to further develop in this area, but as a Padawan, I need my own Jedi. So, where can you find it?

There are various portals for designers, such as habr for programmers, people post their work there, the same rating system, etc., look for those.
