You need to choose a design for a local marketplace (physical goods). For a week I have already reviewed a couple of hundred options, as a result, two types remained.
I have everything already blurred, so I'm asking for advice.

You now choose not a design, but a design theme.
In aesthetic terms, the proposed options are approximately equivalent.
Both themes are normal, modern, minimalist, everything is ok.
But you need to look at how the chosen topic corresponds to the TOR.
Markteplace is not an easy task, there are a million nuances that need to be addressed, and which are definitely not taken into account in any themeforest template.
