Where can I find a LiveCD with Windows 7 and 10 images?

Somehow there was an excellent Live-CD image that I successfully lost, in which, in addition to the PE system for diagnostics and recovery, there were images of Windows 10 and Windows 7 for installation. Everything fit on 16 or 32 Gig.
Who has a similar Live-CD image or who knows where to download one? I do not want to produce flash drives, and it was convenient.
