How to compile OpenConnect under Windows?

Please help to compile OpenConnect under Windows.
I myself am 0 in programming and linux, but I need the current version of openconnect 8.09 (GUI is not suitable).
Tried with mingw64 on windows - nothing worked. I could not find information on the Internet for jun-noobs.
