Good afternoon!
I'm looking for a coach/mentor in wordpress. I'm self-taught and sometimes there are very specific questions that I can't google. I would like to find a person who could explain how to solve specific issues with reference to basic knowledge.
Sample question: site aviatech.carapax.ru, cms wordpress, theme salient. Fancybox on the homepage behaves inappropriately when resizing the screen. How to fix?

This is not a question, but a task.
Are you looking for a person who will solve such problems and comment on their actions along the way?
Or someone who will look at the problem and periodically guide you to the solution?
If 1, then familiarize yourself with the platform, technologies used, watch master classes. There are no universal recipes for such tasks. There are at most some things to start with. Next comes the investigation of what works where and how to make it work differently.
If 2, then get a job as a junior/trainee in the office, they will pull you up there.

This is a purely layout question, WordPress has nothing to do with it at all.
I mentored people, but my area is WP, backend, if the front is only WP-specific moments. In this area - always happy to help with advice, as time permits. But I'm not going to answer a general question on html / js / css, if it does not concern the features of WP in any way. To do this, you need a mentor for html/js/css.
To find a trainer/mentor/mentor, you must first understand who is a Padawan and who is a mentor, what are their roles, etc. Your question demonstrates a lack of understanding of the level of relationship between a mentor and a student, so a potential mentor, after reading this question, will simply pass by.
