Information security courses relevant for 2018, if several, which ones?

Good afternoon, dear users of the Toaster resource.
Recently, in the field of my professional activity (physical\economic\financial security) knowledge of information security is required. This means not completely specializing in information security, but mainly general knowledge / skills, and of course this adds points in employment.
I ask for advice on what resources can be used, including obtaining a certificate / diploma.
The course duration is not more than 1 year.
