Learning PHP: how to practice it correctly?

Good afternoon.
I have been learning PHP for more than a month and still have not been able to overcome the misunderstanding of many points. In short, the essence of the problem is in practice. I understand the theory, in the lesson itself, even something turns out, but at home, stupidity and confusion sets in. More practice is needed, but I don't know where to start.
Please help, I will be grateful for any answer)

My girlfriend just recently started learning programming and Java on her own at Stanford University. Sometimes I hear that "maybe not mine", "I can't understand it" and so on. Of course, I try to be as supportive as possible, and one of the main pieces of advice I give her is to do her homework. Sit down, puzzle over, and do. There is no other action that will take you further than this - DO. And then, after a while, it turns out that variables are already easy, inheritance is nothing complicated, your own methods - so what's the question ... Any task that right now seems super-mega-complex to you, after you do it anyway , turns into a clear action that you can easily repeat. And after a few fixing tasks, you yourself will stop noticing
4 homework debt? Well, here is the answer to your question. Don't ask how to practice properly, at this point you just need to practice. You do not yet have those tasks where there is right or wrong. Just do what you're asked . Prioritize this task - doing your homework - at the highest level. Throw everything else. Sit down and do it . There is no other way and never will be.

If you want practice, make a blog for yourself. Most popular activity in '18 after Tudoo sheets
