"knowledge of 1s" is like knowledge of "Excel". You may be required to simply mechanically drive in applications in which each field is extremely obvious, or you may be required to make complex financial reports in the CPM system.
You can start by watching videos on YouTube how 1C generally looks. Then go to any online demo and just click on the interface, try to create documents, generate reports. Everything is pretty simple.
